CNC Lathe / Mill Operator

Pay Range: $18.00 - $24.00/hr*

*The hourly pay for this position depends solely on the experience and work knowledge in CNC lathe operations.

We are seeking a highly skilled person in CNC Machine Operations to join our team! We are looking for an initiative-taking and hard-working candidate that is capable of the below responsibilities for our CNC machines to produce high quality products.

Responsibilities:

Run our CNC lathe machines
Train employees on our CNC machines
Provide innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency

Qualifications:

2-4+ years of Lathe experience on CNC machines. Experience in MAZAK CNC lathe machines preferred
Excellent communication skills and experience in employee training
Able to read and understand precision measuring
Familiarity with plant tools and equipment
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Ability to handle physical workload
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attendance and efficient work ethics
Good math skills
