We are seeking a highly skilled person in CNC Machine Operations to join our team! We are looking for an initiative-taking and hardworking candidate that is capable of the below responsibilities for our CNC Mazak machines to produce high quality products.

The hourly pay for this position solely depends on the experience and work knowledge in

 CNC operations and supervision.

Responsibilities:

Supervise our small staffed Second Shift

• Make offsets on our CNC MAZAK machines

• Train employees on our CNC MAZAK machines

• Provide innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency

​Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of Milling and Lathe experience on CNC machines. Experience in MAZAK CNC machines preferred

• Excellent communication skills and experience in employee training

• Able to read and understand precision measuring equipment and reports

• Familiarity with plant tools and equipment

• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

• Ability to manage physical workload

• Ability to thrive in a challenging environment

• Excellent attendance and efficient work ethics

• Good math skills
